Services Delivery

The aim of our Services Delivery function is not to replace existing facilities but to provide an alternative means for individuals and organizations to deliver their services and interact with their end-users and customers.

Most of the Service Providers already have existing systems in place that deliver these services. What we seek to do is to further broaden their scope and and expand options to reach their end-users. Therefore the services delivery approach is designed with innovative ideas that work with these existing systems and conditions.

Services Delivery Process

In order to effectively implement the changes and the improvements for each system, the process is divided into stages that can be integrated or managed independently.
  • Enrollment and registration - acquiring and registering end-users and customers.
  • Forms and documents - delivering forms and documents to end-users.
  • Transactions - conducting day to day transactions.
  • Submission and storage - submitting forms and transactions to central services. Collecting and digitizing records.
  • On-going management and update - end-user management, application management and services monitoring.
  • Data analysis and feed-backs - data analysis for service providers and feed backs for service improvements.

Services Delivery Channels & Approach
